Engineering Works is a venture to provide turnkey solution to road construction
machines in India. The company is formed by group of technocrats having
sound experience in machines design and manufacturing. Company is already
manufacturing cable machinery since last 12 years. By our experience and
satisfied clients, we are keen to launch new field - "Road Construction
Equipments", which will definitely help the progress of India.
Nilkanth Engineering Works is one of the company that is matched with the latest technologies through its Production, Planning and Development state of art lines, equipment and processes for the production of broad range machines for road construction equipments. They have consistently recruited their staff with varied technical background in order to acquire the broadest possible range of skills. Nilkanth thus enjoys a stable relationship with all its customers.
Dryer & Mixing Unit: Rotating cylindrical drum is mounted on chassis and fabricated from steel plates. The electronic high pressure jet burner is fitted on the structure from where cold aggregate is fed into the drum and controls temperature automatically. The thermodrum is divided into two zones i.e. radiation and coating zones. The divider plate is provided before coating zone to prevent fire of bitumen inside the thermodrum. Cyclone type dust collection system and exhaust fan is provided.
Fourbin
Feeder Unit: Fourbin feeder is made from M.S. plates and mounted on
robust chassis. Each bin has independent conveyor belt and is driven by
synchronised variable speed D.C. motor coupled with hollow shaft gear
box for feeding the aggregate at a uniform and predetermined rate through
a precision adjustable bin quadrant gate. A continuous type electronic
belt weigher (Load cell) is mounted on gathering conveyor for weighing
the aggregate fed into drum which gives signals to bitumen pump for proportional
supply of bitumen.
The gathering conveyor is driven by A.C. motor coupled with reduction gear box. Nilkanth provides you the control panels with latest microprocessor based technology. It is manufactured as per the standard specified by the ultimate authority Ministry of Surface Transport (MOST). The company's panels are USER’S FRIENDLY. They provide totally centralized control with latest microprocessor based technology, which gives easy function keys and sufficient display functions to enable the operators to work with ease. Its feather touch keyboard is so sophisticated that one feels the operation of heavy machinery very smoothly. Our control panels are very sturdy in design and it is equipped with output cable box for easy connections.
Asphalt Tank: Fully insulated tank is equipped with separate low pressure electronic burner for heating the asphalt. The positive displacement jacketed asphalt pump is provided with hot oil circulating system. All pipelines are hot oil jacketed and insulated. The asphalt pump is coupled with reduction gear box and D.C. Motor.
Filler Unit :This unit is provided to add filler/mineral filler from separate hopper in the drum mix plant. This unit is powered by variable speed DC drive coupled with gearbox and synchronies with aggregate and bitumen. Feeding of filler is provided by blower.
L.D.O. Tank: Tank is provided for storage of L.D.O./ Diesel, Specially designed gear pump is provided to deliver LDO/Diesel to asphat tank burner & to dryer burner. Inlet & Outlet connection with necessary coupling & cocks are provided.

Product Range
The Esquire Product Range includes concrete Mixers, Concrete Batchers, Tilting Bucket Trolleys and Tower Hoists. The Company also makes ancillary equipment like scaffoldings, wheel barrows and hand carts. They also make Pan Mixers suitable for castable cement, refractories, cattle feeds, mineral processing, pharmaceuticals etc.
Future Plans
Esquire is soon launching a Transit Mixer and Mini Batching Plant. Plans are also on the anvil to develop equipment for the Road Construction Industry, like Road Rollers, Paver Finishers and Hot Mixing Plants.
