Surelia Wet Mix Plant (200TPH)
Wet Mix Plant consists of following units:
Four Bin Feeder Unit: It is made of 5 mm plate. All the bins are driven by HP D.C. motor. Adjustable gate and D.C.motor control the flow of the aggregate. The capacity of each bin is 7.5 CM. The width of the bin belt is 450 mm. The gathering conveyor is of 600 mm width and is driven by 3 HP A.C. motor.
Charging Conveyor: The main structure is of ISMC 125 x 65 and is supported at the center from the ground. The belt width is 600 mm.
Mixing Unit: The mixing unit is pug mill type with twin square rotating in the mixing unit with arms and tips attached to it. The drive is of 25 HP. Water is added with the screw conveyor of water pump at this stage and cement is added with screw conveyor.
Water Pump: Water pump of 2 HP is provided for mixing the water in the pug mill unit. The quantity of water can be adjusted by return valve. The necessary water tank is not in scope of supply.
Discharge with Storage Hopper: Storage hopper of approx. 12-Ton capacity with hydraulics operated gate.
Control Panel: Control panel for controlling the complete wet mix plant is provided with necessary AC and DC motor controls. it is supplied with single load cell on gathering conveyor.
Cement Silo: (Optional): The capacity of the silo is 50 lens (37 CM) screw conveyor driven by 10 HP motor does the loading to the silo. While the discharge of the cement is done by screw conveyor of 5 D.C, the flow of cement can be controlled by push buttons placed in the control panel.

DMF Make Diesel Forklifts
Dipco
Metal Fabricators Pvt.Ltd. has introduced diesel forklift trucks which
are cost effective compared with other forklift trucks. Four models are
available, VM1-500 VM2-1000, VM3-1500 and VM4-2000 designed to handle
maximum load of 2000 kgs to a height of 3000 mm or as per customer’s require-ment.
The fork carriage is lifted by the hydraulic ram actuated by a pump which
is driven by an auxilliary drive taken from the forklift truck’s main
power unit.
The forklift trucks are powered by air cooled/water cooled diesel engine and can travel at a speed of 7 to 13 km/hr. The engine provides extra power to handle loads on difficult to negotiate slopes.
A significant feature of the forklift truck is its lifting mast. The mast unit is made out of steel sections of adequate size in telescopic type. The inner section rests within the outer member and runs on rollers.
The thrust caused by off centre loading is taken by additional rollers provided in the mast and the fork carriage assembly. The fork carriage is made out of welded steel sections to give easy and full lateral movement of forks which slides on guideways. Low centre of gravity enables operation under adverse conditions.
