The Plant: A fully computerised batching plant from SIEMEN (ITALY) with operations for data management and batching functions to store 9,999 mix design recipes and delivery notes. Eliminates human errors to guarantee consistent concrete produced batch after batch. A twin shaft mixer, the latest innovation in mixer technology used internationally ensures uniform mixing of batch. The plant is calibrated on a regular basis as per the ISO norms.

Raw Material: Concrete is made using aggregates produced in-house by Godrej ensuring no changes in the gradation. Raw material bins are separately partitioned to avoid any mixing. The RMC plant uses machine made sand manufactured by us at our tertiary crusher plant imported from SBM (AUSTRIA). This machine sand is made from basalt rock free of silt, chlorides, sulphates, organic matters, clay, which are detrimental to concrete. Cement silos 2 nos. are used for 43 and 53 grade of cement. Admixtures are dozed with calibrated dozing systems.

Limitations Averted: * Godown for storage of cement. * Double handling which results in additional cost and loss in weight. * Large area required at site for storage of aggregates. * Aggregates get mixed and impurities creep in because of wind, weather and mishandling at site. *Improper mixing at site, as there is ineffective control. * Intangible cost associated with unorganised preparation at site. * Vagaries of manifpulation, manual error and mischief. * Concreting is done at the mercy of gangs, who manipulate the mixes and water : Cement ratio.

Asphalt Plants, Vibrodrivers & Vibrolances

Ashok Enterprises offers asphalt plants, Vibrodrivers and Vibrolance.

Asphalt Plants: These are available in batch type & continous type. The batch type asphalt plants are of capacity ranging from 60-400 tph. The plants may also be semi mobile, skid mounted & mobile. Fully mobile plants are of capacity ranging from 80-150 tph.

Features: The computerised batch type hotmix plants are easy to operate, requiring a minimum of 2 people to operate it.

Applications:These plants are best suitable for new highway projects, road repairs, widending & expansion of existing roads. and other similar jobs.

Vibrodrivers: These machines are ideal for driving and extraction of casings, sheet piles and profiles. The Vibrodrivers are available in wide selection depending on the application, power requirement, eccentric movement, etc. & range from the H-series or Standard Vibrodrivers, to HF & HFV, PH and PHFV series & ring vibrators.

Features:Vibrodriver selection is made on the basis of certain values & parameters like the cross section of the pile, the ram profile weight, penetration, the layer consistency and porosity of soil.

Applications: These plants are ideal for construction of bridges, fly overs, jetty ports and embankments, diaphragm walls and similar constructions on sany or clayey soils.

Vibrolances: Thismachine system finds application for the vibro replacement & vibro compaction of weak soils.

Features: Vibrolance is used for making sand piles, stone columns and for ground compaction of loose/non-cohensive soils.

Applications: This system is basically used in area with poor soils, embankments, tank foundations, new highway and such other projects, for making stone columns and sand piles, using air or water jetting etc.
