Texture Spray Gun

Kovai Finishing Systems has launched Texture Finish Spray Gun with different sizes of nozzles for popcorn finish. The gun handle is designed ergonomically to reduce fatigue of the operator. The hose provided at the handle does not foul with the painter, making the useage a pleasant experience. The gun has 5 sizes of nozzles for different popcorn finishes. While this may be suitable for interior & exteriors, the same gun may be used for finishing of external walls, compound walls using marble chips.

Nozzle sizes of 10 mm and above are to be used for this purpose. In this case, marble chips of ‘0’ size. To improve adhesion, white cement and Fevicol are mixed together. This mixture is sprayed on the outside walls. Colours of marble chips can be chosen as per taste. This mixture can be sprayed on partially finished or even unfinished walls. The hassles of cement finishing, sanding and distempering of walls is saved. After spray, one has to follow the water treatment as specified by the white cement manufacturer. After 3 or 4 days use a wire brush and clean the surface slightly to expose the marble chips from the white cement. This leaves a glittering and beautiful finish for walls.

ARCH Spray Gun

USed for painting primer, white cement, high viscosity paints, high viscosity distempers and architectural paints.

Most suitable for multicolour fine textured wall coatings, like "Tone" & "Flak" finishes. Available with different aircap sets for different brands.

2 1/2-litre, 9-litre, 22-litre, 45-litre pressure feed containers available. Inner containers can be made extra. Manual stirrer provided. Automatic stirrer optional.

TEX - Texture Spray Gun

Indirect Air Heater

DMF Make Diesel Forklifts

Dipco Metal Fabricators Pvt.Ltd. has introduced diesel forklift trucks which are cost effective compared with other forklift trucks. Four models are available, VM1-500 VM2-1000, VM3-1500 and VM4-2000 designed to handle maximum load of 2000 kgs to a height of 3000 mm or as per customer’s require-ment. The fork carriage is lifted by the hydraulic ram actuated by a pump which is driven by an auxilliary drive taken from the forklift truck’s main power unit.

The forklift trucks are powered by air cooled/water cooled diesel engine and can travel at a speed of 7 to 13 km/hr. The engine provides extra power to handle loads on difficult to negotiate slopes.

A significant feature of the forklift truck is its lifting mast. The mast unit is made out of steel sections of adequate size in telescopic type. The inner section rests within the outer member and runs on rollers.

The thrust caused by off centre loading is taken by additional rollers provided in the mast and the fork carriage assembly. The fork carriage is made out of welded steel sections to give easy and full lateral movement of forks which slides on guideways. Low centre of gravity enables operation under adverse conditions.
