Materials used: They spend an enormous amount of time and money in research, development and training. Quality for them is a moving target and they are constantly looking at how to upgrade their product to give better value to their clients. For e.g., Hiranandani's use synthetic plaster instead of paint for exteriors, for flooring They have tie ups with marble quarries to get the best quality marble including imported marble. Most important is that they design and construct their buildings in a manner to ensure that there will be minimum maintenance cost over the life of the building.

Architects: They have number of architects including Hafeez Contractor, GK Vanwari, Chandrasekhar etc. They also have their own in-house architectural design team for certain projects. For each project, the architect is decided best on their suitability for the particular project.

Tie-ups: They have tie-ups with international companies to supply their products to them particularly for marble ceramic tiles, sanitary fittings etc.

Future projects: They have a number of projects in the pipeline with approximately 1.5 million square feet under construction and another 600,000 square feet to commence in the next 3 months consisting of residential and commercial buildings.

Bredco

Profile: Bredco is a division of the S.F. Engineer group, known for its prestigious high-rise projects in the prime area of South Mumbai. Viceroy Park is another landmark in the history of architecture. It is redefining Mumbai skyline since 1942.The S.F. Engineer group of developers and promoters has a record of over four decades in real estate. What is so special about this project?

Evershine Builders are providing a three- layered security system. A central monitoring system, developed by Tata Honeywell, monitors each building. Each flat has an ultra-modern video door phone with pre-installed telephone, Internet and cable connections. The entire project sets to develop 4,000 flats and 400 shops, in a period of 5 years. Interestingly, each flat will be equipped with internet connection, central monitoring system, hi tech internal security, kitchen with direct piped gas connection thus eliminating cylinder, telephone connection & intercom.

Tie-ups: Taking security as the major factor, Evershine has tied up with Tata Honeywell, world’s largest manufacturers of home security appliances for setting up a central monitoring station, which basically will help one to have track in case of accidents like; gas leakage, burglary, medical emergencies, etc. Moreover, they are also offering an ultra modern video door phone and on that front Evershine has alliance with ELCOM India, A German based firm, specialized in manufacturing videophone equipments.

Architects: Sanjay Puri, is their architect. He designs each of their buildings in unique style. Their building architecture has always remained talk of the town.
