Materials
used: They spend an enormous amount of time and money in research, development
and training. Quality for them is a moving target and they are constantly
looking at how to upgrade their product to give better value to their
clients. For e.g., Hiranandani's use synthetic plaster instead of paint
for exteriors, for flooring They have tie ups with marble quarries to
get the best quality marble including imported marble. Most important
is that they design and construct their buildings in a manner to ensure
that there will be minimum maintenance cost over the life of the building.

They have number of architects including Hafeez Contractor, GK Vanwari,
Chandrasekhar etc. They also have their own in-house architectural design
team for certain projects. For each project, the architect is decided
best on their suitability for the particular project.
Tie-ups: They have tie-ups with international companies to supply their products to them particularly for marble ceramic tiles, sanitary fittings etc.

projects: They have a number of projects in the pipeline with approximately
1.5 million square feet under construction and another 600,000 square
