AWUKO offers reliable and economic solutions to sanding and finishing problems. The surface finishing of product reflects the quality of the work. Abrasives consist primarily of backing, grain and bonding agent.

Backing:

As backing, AWUKO uses base paper of different thicknesses, weights and tear-resistance as well as cotton and polyester fabrics, the structure and flexibility of which are selected according to sanding requirements.

Grains: Every type of abrasive grain used by AWUKO is produced synthetically in high-temperature reactors then crushed and sieved to achieve a classified range of grain sizes from extremely coarse to extremely fine. All grain grades conform to FEPA standards. Depending on the area of application, use is made of various types of grain consisting of corundum (aluminium oxide), zirconium corundum and silicon carbide which are applied to the backing electrostatically. The density of the grain coats ranges from close to open.

Bonding agent: synthetic resin and hide glue: The chemical composition of synthetic resin bonding agents is such that they become fully cured, enabling them to withstand the intense heat and stress caused by machining and that without structural changes in the abrasive coating. Hide glues, on the other hand, are thermoplastic and disintegrate when subjected to intense heat. Nevertheless, many users prefer abrasives with a hide glue bonding not only for precision sanding by hand, but also for machine sanding at low speeds because hide glue-bonded abrasives ensure a softer, more attractive surface finish.

Block Machine

Shaft Mounted Speed Reducer

HITCON Shaft Mounted Speed Reducer provides a very convenient method of reducing speed, since it is mounted directly on the driven shaft instead of requiring foundations of its own. It eliminates (1) the use of one, and sometimes two, flexible couplings and (2) external belt take-up arrangement.

A very wide choice of final driven speed can be determined by the use of an appropriate input V-Belt drive. The units will normally be oil lubricated, but they are equally suitable for "lubricated for life" greases.

"HITCON" shaft mounted speed reducer consists of hardened precision - machined alloy steel helical gears mounted on micro finish shafts supported on long life precision bearings with the capacity to handle maximum loading. The three-point suspended - manual top discharge - MTD model is an universal centrifuge for all applications of solid-liquid separation by filtration. The manual top discharge centrifuge is modified to detach and lift the top-capring of the basket along with filter bag, attached to it. Rotating cylindrical drum complete w/flights bitumen and bins piping, sprocket drive W/20 H.P.Electrical Motor Frame mounted exhaust fan and drive W/20 H.P. electrical rotating cylindrical drum is fixed at proper angle 150 to avoid unnecessary load on its electrical motor and give proper heated aggregate to load out belt. Electrical motor is coupled with fluid coupling to protect its AC motor from overloaded motor frame mounted chamber at discharge and of drum the exhaust gas. A dust transfer screw in the bottom of the chamber has alpha 1.5 H.P., electrical drive to remove waste collected dust.

For proceeding blended aggregate in the correct proportion and consisting of:

1) Four independent bins of size (depend upon capacity of plant) conveyor belt feeder under each bin driven by D.C.Motor independent and mutually synchronize variable speed drive and fitted with precision adjustable quadrant gate with steering wheel.

2) Gathering conveyor belt equipped with an electronic weight bridge and driven by electric A.C.Motor

3) Single deck screen (scapling screen) is provided at the discharge end of the gathering conveyor for rejection of any pulverize material above permissible limit

4) Single conveyor: Transfer conveyor to receive the aggregate from the gathering conveyor for and discharge it into the dryer under the combustion zone drive by A.C.Motor & Reduction Gear

5) Bins: extension partition for extra filling of materials in each bin.

Drum mixer burner package include fully automatic high pressure. Jet burner with HP fan and 2 HP fuel oil pump with 15 KW electric preheater with auto/on/off control. The burner is capable of heating the aggregate to the specified temperature without any unburnt fuel, carbon residue on the aggregate and reduces the moisture content to specified minimum level.

Truck loading shall be by inclined, load out conveyor with heat resistance belting which is guided and guard by given no. of roller equipped with surge hopper with hydraulically operated. Truck and control segregation in the mix shall not be less than two inches above ground level. Total system (belt) is driven by A.C.Motor and flying gear box at its designated speed. Complete system operated by hydraulic power pack unit.

For introducing mineral dust lime of cement in the mixing zone. 1.5 loading doors/ pneumatic dust filled conveying system includes air locked rotary valve W/o 75 kw etc., motor adaptor shut and w/fines piping back to drum mixer and blower skied D.C.Electric Motor, flying gear box and compressor twin lobe type. Standing platform with steps.

Single compartment fitted with internal heat transfer coils fully insulated with 2" thick mattress glass wool with vent pipe. Two fill return connections, draw off connection and drains. Complete dial type thermometer, float and painted contents indicator manhole and interior - exterior access ladder to tank top with walkway and handrails.

Tube: Cylinder tubes are made from cold drawn seamless pipes, honed to mirror finish to achieve a longer life of the piston seals. Extra care is taken to protect the external surface of the cylinder by phosphating the same and then painting it.

Piston Rods: Piston rods are made from medium carbon steel, hardened, ground and hard chrome plated for a lasting seal life and anti corrosion.
