Hydro Dyne Industries was incorporated in 1984 in Mumbai as a partnership firm. The main objective of the company was to provide quality hydraulics and fluid power systems, and components to various industries. Promoters are technically qualified from the premier institutions of India and their vast experience in hydraulic field is the key factor in meeting with any challenges, in this field. A dedicated and qualified team of engineers produces the best quality of products. Hydro Dyne Industries’ team is now at your disposal and is ready to undertake any challenges, from design concepts to the manufacturing, erection and commissioning of the hydraulic system. Q.What are your manufacturing activities?
A. Our manufacturing activities include
the following:
Hydraulic Cylinders: Six standard series to cover complete range of customer’s
requirement. Cylinders with different type of constructions and capacities
includes Tie Rod, Welded Flange and Threaded Gland Types to cover pressure
range of 50 bars to 250 bars and bore upto 200 mm and more to suit customers’
requirements. These cylinders are available with varieties of mountings,
constructions, with local/parker imported seals for piston and gland.
Hydraulic Valves A wide range of directional, flow, pressure control and
cartridge valves are available covering wide range of applications.
Power Packs From the smallest Mini power pack to a very large power packs
to control power and motion of the most sophisticated systems ranging
from simplest applications for a large steel mill and an industrial plant.
We are proud of our small contribution in this aspect for the indigenous
development of MBT by CVRDE Madras for defence.
Q.Do you represent any foreign company in India?
A. Yes. Apart from manufacturing, we are also the sole distributor for Parker Hannifin Corporation, USA. Parker Hannifin Corporation is one of the pioneering company world wide in hydraulics and pneumatics systems and components. Q.What products do you offer from Parker Hannifin Corporation, USA
Hydraulic : Vane Pump, Piston
Pump Pumps : Gear Pump
Hydraulic Motors : HTLS - high torque low speed motors
LTHS - low torque high speed motors
Hydraulic Filters : Pressure line filters, suction and return line low
pressure filters. The filtration capacity is upto 3 microns with the flow
capacities ranging from 24 GPM to 900 GPM.
Hydraulic Valves:valves including proportional and servo valves.
Hydraulic Seals & O Rings: Most critical components of any hydraulic
pneumatic system need thorough knowledge of medium and environmental conditions
of seals/‘O’ rings. Parker has unmatched quality and range of
seals and ‘O’ rings.
Q.What is your progress?
A. The commercial activities
of the company started in the year 1984 and has grown from strength to
strength. The turnover of the company has reached to Rs.8.95 crore within
10 years. With the latest and the most modern office set up along with
the two manufacturing facilities available, Hydro Dyne Industries look
forward to serve with increased vigour and plans ambitiously increasing
the turnover each year. The increase in business and the strong financial
health of the company has been brought by a professional and dedicated
team of engineers, it is the endeavour to ensure that the company grows
at a brisk pace. It is not a mean achievement to win the confidence of
some of the core sector industries like BHEL, Nalco, Sail, Jindal,CVRDE,
etc. whose quality standards are recognised all over the world. It is
a constant process at Hydro Dyne Industries to meet with new challenges

A. Hydro Dyne Industries today, is a force to reckon with in the field of fluid power. Q. What other products do you manufacture?
A. Our other products are packaged systems (custom built units, mini power units and manifold circuit blocks), rotary joints, filters, rotary actuators, accumulators, pistons, servo valves, hydraulic pipe fittings, seals for industrial, mining and other applications and hoses, Quick disconnect couplings and hydraulic system accessories.
