Worm-Type Reduction Gear boxes
JK Machine Tools, Chennai, offers Janchi-LM Taiwan made worm type reduction
gearboxes in several models with centre distance from 40 mm to 300 mm
(i.e. from CD 2" to CD 12"), any ratio range from 1/10 RPM to
1/60 RPM and also proportions of ratio from 1/100 to 1/3600 RPM and above.
The gearbox is produced from aluminium alloys and has cast Iron body and
the shaft is hardened and ground. The horizontal foot mounting type is
available with input shaft both in upper and lower sides ans suitable
for any type of couplings. There are also vertical type, universal type,
agitator type, double reduction type, motorised couple type with 1/10RPM
to 1/3600 RPM and sizes up to 12" reduction gearboxes. The company
also offers variable speed type V belt driven motorised gearboxes.
