Press Technology
Overload system for mechanical press: Overload response time 5 milli seconds for safety of the single or multi point presses. Restarts the press in 2 minutes after the overload. Automatic compensation for unbalanced load. Remote controlled air bleeding system. In combination with Electronic Tonnage monitors, protects the press over the whole load cycle.
Damping Modules
Damping modules available for both
hydraulic clutch and brake and pneumatic clutch and brake. Improves the life of the brake
and clutch lining. Reduces the noise level in press shop by reduction in switching noises.
Hard braking available during the working stroke.
Hydraulic Clutch & Brake for mechanical presses:
Hydraulic clutch and brake is available either as combination or as individual units. Save
on the maintenance cost due to long life of clutch and brake linings. Linings can last
upto 10 years or more. High productivity and low noise level when compared to Pneumatic
clutch and brake. Retrofitting hydraulic clutch and brake on mechanical press with
existing pneumatic clutch and brake is easily possible.
Press Safety Valves: Dynamically monitored double
valves for the mechanical presses. Hydraulic valve for hydraulic clutch and brake and
pneumatic valve for pneumatic clutch and brake. Conforming to safety standards EN 692.
Dynamic monitoring without electrical systems. Electrical signal available if the valve is
malfunctioning. Pneumatic press safety valves available together with rotary union for
direct mounting on shaft.
Tonnage monitors: Monitors the tonnage
of press with electronic precision. Use signature analysis to understand
the press condition. Protects the press from overload during the entire
load cycle and not only at the rated capacity.
