PNEUMATIC PRESS (DIAPHRAGM ACTUATOR TYPE)
KAYBEE Industries, New Delhi,
offers diaphragm cylinder operated Pneumatic Press in three sizes to meet
the requirements of different shut heights. It consists of graded cost
iron body and a single acting diaphragm type actuator actuated by a valve
which converts the enrgy of compressed air into mechanical force and motion.
Output/weight ratio is much higher than piston type air cylinder. It is
maintenance free, leak-proof, friction less and needs no air line lubricator
or filter. High production rates upto 30 strokes per minute can be achieved
at a nominal air consumption. It is suitable for heavy duty service adaptable
for automation. The load generated is about 1300 kgf at 10 bars air pressure.
It is most suitable for normal press jobs like numbering, crimping, embossing,
cutting, piercing, punching, rivetting, bending and innumerable other
jobs. Diaphragm Actuator type pneumatic press can also be specially designed
and manufactured to suit the component.

CNC/NC GUILLOTINE SHEARS

The S-GS series shearing machines make use of the swing beam principle thereby ensuring improved cut quality with lesser force. The construction of the machine is very rigid and the swing beam is mounted on self aligining spherical bearings to provide smoother beam movement. The cutting blades are mounted on a blade fixture which is further mounted on the cutter beam to ensure longer blade life. The return of the cutter beam is through an accumulator i.e. in case the emergency stop is pressed or the power goes off the cutter beam goes back to its upper dead point. A rapid blade gap adjustment is provided as standard on the machine and is caliberated directly according to the sheet thickness in mm. Variable Rake Hydraulic Shears
Trimans Variable Rake Shears are
manufactured with a range for cutting from 4 mm to 25 mm thickness and lengths from 1500
mm to 4000 mm of conventional as well as NC make, conforming to IMTMA standards. Trimans
shears are the largest selling hydraulic shears in India. The adjustable rake angle helps
cut a range of sheet thickness/materials without the distortions associated when cutting
on fixed rake angle shears. Sheets of thickness higher than nominal capacity can be cut to
shorter lengths at maximum rake angle. Positive hydraulic holding and rapid clearance
setting ensure clean cuts and long blade life without burr formation or uneven edges on
cut strips. The four-edged HCHC blades can be easily reground and have a long life. Shear
design enables ram to move at 1 - 1.5 inclination so that cut strips are not trapped
between backgauge and the bottom blade. The synchronised hydraulic cylinders are
vertically guided by means of pre-loaded rollers. System design incorporatges overload
protection, instant stoppage, stroke length adjustment etc. The machine do not need to be
lubricated. Other products include conventional and NC Press Brake from 20 mt to 500 mt
