Miniature Encoders
Orbital Systems offers miniature
Rotary Incremental Encoders that are manufactured by Elap S.p.a., Italy.
These encoders are compact, high performance, low cost units and are available
Ex-stock. Elap encoders are of the highest quality and have the `CE"
cerficicate. E320/321 series miniature encoders come in 38-dia. package
with 6mm-shaft dia. They are available with PPR ratings form 2 to 1000
PPR with zero marker pulse. PNP/NPN or PushPull outputs with voltage ratings
are 5, 8-24 volts are available. E320/321 series encoders have very low
starting torque of less then 0.2 N/m, low weight (100 gms). This makes
it ideal for applications in such areas as test and measurement systems,
Packaging machines, Moulding Machines, Cable and Wire Winding Industries,
Pharmaceutical industries etc. Orbital also offers heavy duty encoders

Pressure Regulator
In the operation of air actuated
equipment, regulation is necessary to stay within the pressure-limits set by manufacturer.
When this equipment is operated at higher than the recommended air pressure, the rate of
wear is increased and the life span of equipment is reduced. Coversly, operating at lower
than the specified pressure, results in considerable loss of efficeincy. Regulation then
is always required.
Application: The compressed air regulator maintains a
largely constant operating pressure independent of air consumption and pressure
fluctuation in line. Air regulators are used extensively on Air Tools, Cylinders, Valves,
Paint-Sprayers, Dental Hand Pieces, Pressurised Tanks etc.
Mounting: Direction of flow in the regulator can be freely selected
by simple rotation. (observe the arrows on the body). The direction of
flow has been set at the factory from left to right. The regulator can
be mounted as desired either directly on the valve through holes in the
body or by means of an additional mounting ring. The regulator may be
installed in an position. Materials of Construction: Body-Aluminium or

HYDRO PNEUMATIC OPERATED LUG CRIMPING MACHINE
INTERNATINAL Fluid Power Corporation, Mumbai, offers hydro penumatically operated lug crimping machine. This machine involves “C” frame type portable tool with the universal die and punch (for crimping various types of lugs) operated by the hydraulic cylinder connected to the intensifier or hydro pneumatic booster. this machine works on the air line pressure 140 to 150 kg/cm sq with the output to boost or intensify pressure 140 to 150 kg/cm sq and crip the lugs upto 100 mm sq cross section. For minimum to maximum the air line pressure has to be adjusted by the air line regulator, for crimping the various lugs. The lugs crimping operation is the 5 seconds interval only.
