Push To Lock Push In Type Fittings
PIONEER Industries, Mumbai,
offers push to lock fittings in brass for use with polyethylene, polyurethane,
nylon and soft metal tubing. This fitting is specially designed for low
pressure circuit where fast assembly, disassembly and reassembly is important.
It has radial claws on the metal grab ring grip the tubing securely to
provide retention. Push to lock features swivel on male pipe thread of
elbow and tee for installation in tight place and for precise positioning.
Sealing is obtained with a nitrile O-ring, size 1/8" and above have
internal hexes broached for installation with an allen wrench in confined
areas and close porting application. In the range of push to lock fittings
pioneer industries offer male studs, stud elbows, stud tees, female studs,
female elbows, female tees, Y connector, equal tees, equal elbows, couplers,
and bulkhead. For assembly cut the tubing squarely using pioneer make
square cut tube cutter. Metal tubign should be cut squarely and be free
of burrs. Insert end of tubing until it bottoms in fittings. Depressing
the release button allows the tubing to be remove.

TUBE FITTINGS
AHUJA Industries, Jaipur, have launched Tufit brand high pressure tube fittings which are designed as per DIN/IS standards to withstand high pressure and severe working conditions like vibration, jerks, corrosive conditions etc. and are suitable for Hydraulic and Pneumatic applications. Tufit couplings eliminate the need for special preparation of tubes and can be connected and disconnected as often as desired without affecting ets efficiency. The couplings are available from 4 mm to 42 mm OD of tube in low and high pressure series upto 10,000 psi. These are also available from 1/4" OD to 2" or 1/8" NB to 1.1/2" NB of the tube. The joint consists of a main body with threads at both the ends, a cap net and a preformed cutting ring/ferrule. These couplings are available as per Ermeto Standards and in Imperial. Olive solder nipple and Parker type and design in steel, Brass and SS-304/SS-316.
