Double Station Vacuum Forming Machine
Europack Machines offers vacuum forming machine. It is one of the widely used thermoforming techniques where the sheet is clamped to the table frame and heated to a softening point. Vacuum is applied to drag the softened sheet into the cavity or over the mould depending on whether it is male or female. It is the most economical method available for blister forming, skin packing and vacuum formed articles like sweet boxes, garment boxes, trays, plates for perfumes, gift trays, etc.

Blister Sealing Machine: Formed blisters, from the vacuum forming machine are easily sealed on to a support card or aluminium foil precoated with heat sealing lacquer and when it comes in contact with heat, seals on to the formed blister.

Blister Cutting Machine: This machine is used to cut separate and firm individual blisters in plastic with the aid of a cutting tool. Apart from these the machine is also ideally used for cutting paper, rubber etc. up to 2mm thickness.

Fuses, Copper Laminated & Braided Flexible Jumbers, Water Cooled Cables
Bajeria
offers HRC fuses similar to EE, Siemens, L&T type. The fuses have
been specially designed to give a low watt loss, thus lowering temperature
rise and thus saving power. Bajeria also offers copper and aluminium braided
and laminated flexible jumpers/connectors.
These jumpers are manufactured by special metal defussion process whereby the metal itself melts and forms a homogeneous solid bond at the end terminals, thus giving a very negligible, almost nil millivolt drop across the connector and thereby reducing the temperature rise and increasing the current carrying capacity of the jumper.

Pantograph Engraving Machine: Models: BRM-300 LR and BRM 250 JN.
The 2-diamensional pantograph is based on the principle which is accomplished by the hand traversing of the tracer along the template contour. In the selected ratio it is very sensitive in its movements to give perfect reproduction. The 2D is essentially a pedestal type, medium duty machine. The saddle knee and table run on precision dove tail guides scraped to grade one accuracy according to ISI standard. The machine is made of close grainded alloy cast iron with wear resistant properties. It is of very rigid with diagonal (vertical and horizontal) ribbing and optimized for heavy metal remover. The cutter spindly is provided by an endless round nylon cord belt from 0.33 hp, 50cys, 400/415V, 3-ph motor, with provision to select any of the 4 spindle speeds required. The cutter is fixed to the spindle by a collect and can be lowered or retracted rapidly by a lever on the spindle. Provision with 0.05mm graduation is made, for finer feeds upto 1mm. The work table is provided with graduated collar’s of 0.05 graduation and can be moved in all the three directions.
Extra Accessories: Roll engraving attachment ideal for engraving on the entire circumferene by copying from flat master swivel vice width of jaws: 100mm, 150mm single-lip cutter grinder bench type slgg-30. This is a very simple grinder and requires little skill to operate. Any type of single lip cutters flat cutters etc. can be easily made from round rool bits.
Electric Etching Unit: For making hardened pieces on which engraving with cutter is not possible. Operates on low voltage and affords complete safety. It is very easy to operate. Form engraving attachment for use on limited area of circumference by fixing a master similar to the work-piece contour. Engraving or etching can be done by copying from flat masters either on concave, convex or irregular surfaces.
Universal Work Holder: Designed to hold round work pieces for engraving on diameter or on face. The chuck can be tilted to any angle from vertical to horizontal. It can be rotated 360 degree either manually or through a worm wheel.
Single-lip Cutter Grinder: Ultimate for resharpening single-lip cutters which require frequent resharpening for efficient stock removal and good finsih. The motor and drive are totally enclosed. It is provided with tool rack.
Standard Accessories: One set templates in wooden box, one set belts, oil gun, one set of tools, one collect, one cutter, one set bolts with clamps, one pair model table clamps. One stylus pin, built-in machine lamp and instruction manual.
