Multi-Colour Rotogravure Printing Machine: Web width: 300mm to 1500mm. Number of colours: 1 to 10. Heavy frame structure to eliminate vibration, highly efficient gear box with spiral bewel gear, doctor blade with oscillation for long life of cylinder, dynamically balanced idler rollers with application specific design, ergonomically design. Versatile stencil cutting machines
GGR Enterprises offers a versatile GRR stencil cutting machine. The machine is rugged, hand-operated, and is designed to cut stencils with equal spacing and parallel line, of any length, on paper board for marking on outer transport packages like cases, cartons, crates, etc. All one has to do is select the letter on the reading dial and press the handle downward effortlessly till it cuts the board. The unit is fitted with automatic advance mechanism which advances the stencil board by exactly one pitch on every punching. Any unskilled or handicapped person can operate this machine with just one hour of practice.

Marking: Once a stencil is cut, making is very simple and easy. A few strokes with a stencil brush makes a permanent and legible impression,hundreds/thousands of markings can be done daily, efficiently with a stencil brush. One may also use spray painting method for faster and speedy stencilling.
Stencil Boards: The company also offers a variety of stencil boards and ink. Range of stencvil boards: GGR oil stencil board (super thin), GGR double sided poly laminated board (super thin), GGR oil stencil board (thin variety), GGR oil stencil board (special variety), and GGR special plastic sheet. Specially formulated quick drying ink, marks perfectly on packing cases, crates, wood, plywood, corrugated board of gunny. This ink does not smudge always giving a neat and clean print like impression
