Design excellence. These are based on modular concept with centre distances,
ratios, dimensions corresponding to R10, R20, & R40 series. Hardened
& Profile Ground Gears for all stages running noiseless in vibration
free graded cast iron housings duly stress relieved & machines on
precision machines with weight / power optimized due to use of case-hardened
steels of high strength. Computer aided design based on Buckingham method
resulting in compact and robust gear boxes with factor of safety >
1.5 both in wear & strength for gears & pinions. Integral pinion
shafts supported between bearings to make these resist torsional &
bending stresses, taking advantage of recent advances in the gear technology.
Reduction ratios follow R-20, series from 1.6 to 6.3 in single stage, 6.3 to 22.4 in two stages, 22.4 to 112 in three stages and 112 to 625 in four stages. Intermediate ratios Gear Boxes can also be delivered. These can be supplied in the required configuration of double input, double output, right hand or left hand designs.

These pumps are cover mounted, self or independently lubricated bush or needle roller bearings, C.I.
