Hacksaw Blades
Rontgen Moly: The heavy duty saw blades made from Dm 05, recommended for use on high alloy materials and steels up to a strength of 140kgs/mm.

Rontgen BI_alfa.: The unbreakable bi-metal power hacksaw blades manufactured with a Spring steel back and the teeth in M3 high-alloyed high speed steel.

Bandsaw Blades
BI-ALFA Cobalt (HSS M-42): The Rontgen bi-alfa cobalt Bandsaw Blade with tooth tips made of HSS M42 has a high mechanical resistance to wear since a number of superhard special carbides are distributed particularly evenly in the optimum hardened and tempered structure of the toothtips. Bi alfa cobalt blades are used for all materials with a tensile strength up to 1400 N / mm 2 (44 HRC) and are manufactured from 6mm to 80mm width, Tooth per inch at normal Toothing from 0.75 to 14 TPI and 0.75 / 1.25 to 10/ 14 TPI for Combi Toothing.

BI-ALFA (RP-Master): The Rontgen bi-alfa RP Master Bandsaw Blades are used for heat resisting Steel, e.g. Stainless steels, nickel base alloys and super alloys.

HI-TITAN: The Rontgen HM TITANIUM Bandsaw Blade allows high cutting capacity for non metal, non ferrous (eg. cast aluminium) for tough materials with alloys based on cobalt, nickel and titanium, for hardened steel up to 62 HRC.

Rontgen Grit: The Rontgen Grit Band Saw Blades are used for extremely hard tough, abrasive and laminated materials, ceramic materials, metal with cavities, graphite, stone and tyres.

Diamond Burnishing Tools
 
 
Mech-India Diamond Burnishing Tools completed with a selected diamond stem are suitable for carrying out the burnishing of turned or ground surfaces on many of metals for achieving high level finishing i.e. 0.05 to 0.20 Ra. It is possible to burnish cast iron to get surface finish 0.2 / 0.4 Ra.

The Diamond Burnishing Tools are compact and with shank of 20 or 25 mm square. Thus the ideal tool is also use on small lathes.

The Diamond Burnishing Tools can be used on traditional or CNC lathes. After having installed the tool on the tool-post, so that the diamond gets in touch on the middle of the part, obtaining an angle of 900 with respect having installed the tool on the tool-post, so that the diamond gets in touch on the middle of the part, obtaining an angle of 900 with respect to the surface to burnish. After the tool gets in touch with the surface to be burnished, put the spring under pressure. The feed should be 0.07 / 0.1 mm per revolution & the speed same as turning speed.

Multi Drill Heads
 
 
Machine is designed specially for mass production drilling / reaming and burnishing Multi drill head can be mounted on machine for gang drilling. Economical method, Reduced cycle time. The machine has hydraulic power pack, the component can be clamped in collet or some fixture designed to clamp and de-clamp faster. The drill can move in rapid upto certain distance and after sensing it movers in auto feed. After completion of drill again returns to home position in rapid. After clamping the component, press foot switch to activate cylinder action which will start process of drilling in auto mode. Multi Drill Heads are very useful for gang drilling, less cycle time, accuracy on PCD, and less fatigue.

BI-ALFA Cobalt (HSS M-42)

The Rontgen bi-alfa Matrix-2 Bandsaw Blades show tooth tips coarsely acicular, martensitic ground mas with relatively few Carbides. This ensure optimum application capabilities. The above Bi-alfa Matrix-2 are used for material which are easy or medium difficult to machine, for cutting purpose which tend to vibrations are manufactured from 13mm to 27mm width and Tooth per inch at normal 6 TPI to 14 TPI and 4/6 TPI to 10/14 TPI for Combi Toothing.



BI-ALFA Cobalt (RP)
Rontgen bi-alfa cobalt (RP) Bandsaw Blade has tooth tips consisting of HSS M42. The cutting angle of the tooth tips is 16 deg. Ensuring an aggressive cutting behaviour of the blade. This result in easy cutting and better chip flow as well as in smooth running and a high service life of Blades are used for Chipping materials. Bandsaw are manufactured form 27 to 80 mm width, Tooth per inch 0.75 to ¾ TPI



HI-TITAN
The Rontgen HM TITANIUM Bandsaw Blade has a very high resistance to wear and heat in the tooth tip. This allows high cutting capacity for economically efficient separation as used for non metal, non ferrous (eg. Cast aluminium) for tough materials with alloys based on cobalt, nickel and titanium. For hardened steel upto 62 HRC. Bandsaw are manufactured from 34 to 80 mm width. Tooth per inch 0.75 to ¾ TPI.



RRR PLUS (Hardblock) Tool Steel Bandsaw Blades
The Rontgen RRR plus is made from steel strip with pin point structure with same specification of RRR (Flexible) but due to special heat treatment of backing materials. RRR Plus (Hardback) has increased tensile strength and wear qualities allowing higher chip removal. Parameters, Bandsaw are used to cut low alloyed materials with a tensile strength up to 800 N/mm2 are manufactured from 3mm to 25mm width. Tooth per inch 3 to 32 TPI.



BI-ALFA (RP-Master)
The Rontgen bi-alfa RP Master Bandsaw Blades has teeth (with Borazon grinding) with exacting height tolerance and tips made of HSS M42. This blades are used for heat resisting Steel, eg. Stainless steels, nickel base alloys and super alloys, Bandsaws are manufactured from 34 to 80mm width, Tooth per inch 0.75 to ¾ TPI.



Rontgen GRIT
The Rontgen Grit Band Saw Blades has a high number of multi-edge carbide grains which can be applied permanently onto a highly flexible support band. These grains, either on a tooth segment or continuously gritted, from an extremely high number of cutting edges. This ensure a very smooth surface. This blades are used for extremely hard tough, abrasive and laminated materials, composite materials, ceramic materials, metal with cavities, graphite, stone and tyres. Band saw are manufactured from 6mm to 34mm width. Tooth per inch 8 to 14 TPI.



RRR (flexible) Tool Steel Band saw
The Rontgen RRR Flexible Steel Bandsaw Blade is made from Steel strip with Pin point structure (Carbide density 30-50 carbide per micron). Hard iron carbides ensure a good resistance to wear at the tooth tips and in the support band. Band saw are used for materials which are easy to machine are manufactured form 6mm to 25mm width. Tooth per inch 2 to 24 TPI



Hacksaw Blades

Rontgen 2-IKS: The universal saw blade made from high speed steel suitable for general workshop use and on materials of low and average strength.

Rontgen Moly: The heavy duty saw blades made from DM05, recommended for use on high allow materials and steels upto a strength of 140 kgs/mm.


Rontgen Moly-7: The special blade with a positive cutting angle of 7 degree for sawing long chip steels and high alloyed chrome-nickel steel on Hacksaw machines.
