Compact Chiller
  
 

Emmppe Associate’s manufactures environmental friendly Air-cooled Chillers suitable for a wide range of applications. Though compact in size and are equipped with Electronic temperature indicator cum controller for exact applications (water, oil & coolant) units are designed either with a centrifugal pump with tank or with gear pump. The uncontrolled rise in temperature of process die-cooling water or hydraulic lubricating oils, coolant oils and other liquids results in reduced efficiency and sometimes leading to inaccuracies of sensitive components like spindle, bearings valves etc., due to thermal variations. The EFC series chillers have been developed to maintain the temperature within the set values.

Panel Cooler: The Zapp cool panel cooler has been developed to provide the machine tool industry with a highly dependable and qualitatively superior air conditioner. Hot air inside the CNC cabinet is drawn out and passed through the cooling coil by a fan. The hot air is both cooled and dehumidified as it passes through the cooling coil. The cool, dry air is then blown back into the enclosure. Room or ambient air (which is usually dirty) is drawn into ambient air is then discharged by a fan through a condenser back to the atmosphere.

Oil Water Chiller: For machine and other process cooling Zapp Cool packaged water chillers are compact in size and mounted on a heavy base made out of MS sheets. They are completely assembled at the factory including all inter connecting refrigeration piping and internal wiring. The unit is cleaned properly by dry air, tested with dry Nitrogen, triple evacuated and gas-charged. The heated water, returning from the client is cooled down and conveyed into a SS tank and then channeled into the client by a power pump.

Centrifugal Clutch Pulley
  
 
The Centrifugal Clutch Pulley eliminates the drop of voltage in power supplying circuit. The ‘GRENCO’ Centrifugal Clutch Pulley has a simple construction and is fit on motor shaft for NO-LOAD starting. It consists of a Shell, Spider and four Shoes lined with friction material. The Spider is mounted on the motor shaft, while the Spider holds the Shell & Shoes. The Shell fit on with GM Bush or two numbers Ball Bearing on the Spider. At the starting of the motor there will be no motion of the shell i.e. Driven Pulley. The Shoes will be free on the Spider. The motor speed gradually increase, the centrifugal force of the shoes will start to be engaged with shell. When the motor will attend it’s full speed, the Shoes engaged with Shell firmly and full load come on the motor. The clutch portion is available in standard six sizes while the V-Pulley grooved on the Shell is made as per customer’s requirement.

The Centrifugal Clutch Pulley of any motor safety device, such as Fluid Coupling and Electronics device is of low cost. Fluid Coupling requires regular attention and maintenance, whereas Centrifugal Clutch Pulley requires only little attention and maintenance.

GRENCO Centrifugal Clutch Pulley is used in Textile and Jute Mill machinery such as Speed Frames, Ring Frames, Carding Drums, Draw Frames, Knitting Machine, Weaving Looms & Twister Machine, Sugar Mill machinery, Conveyors and Chemical Process machinery.
