Shavo’s 18 Series High Flow ported G2 Pilot operated pressure Regulator (designs and drawings originally from C.A. Norgren Co. USA.,) can handle flows upto 950 dm3/sec. giving accurate pressure regulation over a wide range of flows. It can be installed at any point in the compressed air system without regard to accessibility as the Pilot regulator may be installed in the most convenient location.

It can be used with conventional or feedback pilot regulator. Feedback pilot regulator senses downstream pressure and automatically adjusts pilot operated regulator output pressure

Oil Removal Filters
Shavos offers a wide range of oil removal filters, (design and drawings originally from C.A.Norgren Co. USA) for an industrial application for very clean air systems by the lubricating oil in the compressor, by the compressor intake pulling in oil vapours, or by other sources. Shavo offers oil removal filters from G1/8 to G2 parallel (F) standard connection. BSPTr (tapered) and NPT also available as optional. Air flows range from 4 scfm to 300 scfm.

Applications include: paint spraying, pneumatic control instrumentation, printing & paper separation, blow-guns and ejection nozzles for scientific equipment, processing compressed air supply to blow moulding plastics, gas burners, vacuum pumps, electrical components, medical and food processing etc.

Precision Filter-Regulator
Shavos offers precision compressed air filter regulators (11-2SN), which is most suitable for critical pneumatic instrumentation, controllers, transmitters, valve positions, pneumatic instrumentation, controllers, transmitters, valve positioners, pneumatic cylinders and valves by offering precision pressure regulation of compressed air.

Unique cartridge design and large diaphragm to valve area ratio provides precise pressure regulation at flows upto 10 NM3/Hr, and highly sensitive performance. It is specially designed to meet instrumentation requirements.

The product is powder coated with epoxy base paint for longer resistance to corrosive atmosphere. It is available in 1/4" BSPT and NPT threads.

Miniature Airline Equipment (FRLs)
Designed for global market, Shavo’s new miniature airline equipment (07) series (design and drawings originally from C.A.Norgren Co. USA) is a comprehensive range of miniature air preparation products comprising the general purpose and oil removal filters, regulators, lubricators, filter/regulators, relief valves and combination units. These units are available in the standard ISO G parallel thread or optional ISO Rc tapered and NPT threads in 1/8" or 1/4" port size. The exterior are protected with stain black epoxy paint, giving the aesthetic look, at the same time providing excellent corrosion and chip resistance. The regulators have a dual function knob with snap action lock (pull and turn to adjust; push to lock) and a specially designed valve seat to provide smoother operation & improved flow.
