Cleated Belt: Y chevron with height of 20 mm are obtained by direct vulcanization on the belt top suitable for non stop application in cement. Fertilizer & chemical industries.

Sidewall Used for zero Spillage: Conveyor belts of any specifications for any type of industries in Rubber, PVC, PU and Teflon with Nylon, Cotton, Polyester & steel Cord, Reinforcements, for temperature upto 500 0 C width upto 2400 mm in Endless & open – ends and jointless.

Embossed Rough / Waive: Used for high inclination pattern transfer to avoid slide back problem.

Steep Angle Belt: Used for carrying material on steep angel upto 90 0 with no spillage space requirement is quite less as compared to conventional belt.

Variable Speed Belt
Grand variable speed belt requiring exact speed control and maximum range of driven speed changes. These belts are available two types plane and moulded teeth type. The teeth type speed belts are high flexible, so perfect match minimum pcd variable speed pulley. The plain type speed belts are mainly use on conveyor oven, where high heat generate. The variable speed belt incorporates the latest advances in materials and construction techniques with polyester cord, super strong compression rubber compound, abrasion and heart resistant. The grand make special type of variable speed belt for variable speed fixed center drive. These belts are available 22mm to 76mm width, and 500mm to 5000mm outer circumference.

Shree Shakti Vibrators are suitable for mounting on construction machines, Bin and storage silo, plants, Dehydration Screens, Vibrating feeders and Tables, Conveyors, Moulds and Form work, Surface finishing machines, Crushers, Rammers and many other applications.

Shree Shakti Rotary Vibrators are totally enclosed, surface cooled units operating on 400/400 volts 3 phase, 50 cycles, A.C. supply. The vibrating frequency depends on the revolutions of the rotary unit. You can choose from four ranges available viz: 2800, 1400, 900, 700 vibrations per minute. The amplitude of these vibrations is between 2 mm to 4mm and the centrifugal force can be adjusted from maximum to zero by manipulating the relative positions of the eccentric weights provided on either end. Various models are available giving a wide choice of Centrifugal force, Frequency of Vibration, Mounting Position, Insulation etc.
