Ball Valves
  
 
United Engineers manufacture 3 Pc. 2 Pc & Single Pc. Design Ball Valves under the brand name Flosteer. Ball Valves are manufactured as per BS/API specifications from 15NB through 300 NB and pressure rating upto ANSI 2500 in almost all materials. Easily replaceable PTFE Teflon or reinforced Teflon seat rings are deeply recessed for protection and long life.

Specially designed bolted gland to tally prevents leakage through gland for a long time. Flosteer Ball Valves are suitable to install in any position for flow from either side without any additional pressure drop. Three piece and two piece designs permit easy maintenance and interchangeability of parts wrench, gear or pneumatic actuator operated valves are available to suit various applications. Fire safe Design Ball Valves with antistatic devise are also manufactured against specific requirements.

Flosteer Engineers Pvt.Ltd. (formerly United Engineers) commenced production at their new factory premises at Vatva GIDC with all latest modern facilities manufacture industrial valves of different types under their registered brand name FLOSTEER for almost all applications. Flosteer brand valves are available in various material of construction like WCB, LCB, WC-1, WC-6, WC-9, CF-8, CF-8M, CF-3M, CN-7M, HV-9, CD4M-Cu., A- 105, F-316, F-316L, F-11 etc. Product range commences from 6 Nb through 500 Nb in size and 150# to 2500# in pressure rating. They are available in various types like Gate, Globe, Ball, Check, Butterfly, plug, blow down, flush bottom, angle type etc. Strainers of various types are also available.

Flosteer brand valves are being manufactured in accordance with international and national standards like APL, BS, DIN, JIS AND IS specifications. Testing and inspection are carried out as per API 598 or BS 5146, ‘Flosteer’ brand valves are available under any third party inspection including IBR 600# and higher rating valves shall have stellite trim as a manufacturing standard of ‘FLOSTEER’ Valves. A well recognized QAP of its own, judicious designing and rigid quality control by meticulous checking of spares at different stages of manufacturing ensures interchangeability of spares, maximum life and total reliability for ‘FLOSTEER’ brand valve

Globe Valves
FLOSTEER Engineers Pvt.Ltd. (formerly United Engineers) commenced production at their now factory premises at Vatva GIDC with all latest modern facilities manufacture all types of Globe valves under their registered brand ‘FLOSTEER’ Globe valves are manufactured in almost all material like WCB, LCB, WC-6, WC-9, CF-8M, CF-3M, CN-7M, HV-9, CD4-Cu, A-105, F-304/304L, F-316/316-L, F-11 etc. Product range commences from 06 Nb through 400 nB in size and ANSI/BS 150# through 2500# and PN-10 through PN-250 in pressure rating. Stellite trim are provided for all valves of 600# and higher ratings as a manufacturing standard of ‘FLOSTEER’ valves and in lower rating on special requirement.

‘FLOSTEER’ Globe valves are meticulously designed to ensure 100% smooth flow area to reduce pressure drip across the valve. Specially designed seat and packing material are provided for superheated steam and high temperature thermic fluid to ensure trouble free service and longer life. A separate properly machined and lapped back-seat facilitates replacement of gland packing when valve is in stream under pressure ‘FLOSTEER’ Globe valves are available under any third party inspection including IBR.

Hydraulic Test Pumps (Motorized)
  
 
PEC Brand motorized hydro-test pumps are a bulldozing, reciprocating plunger type pumps. Large area air chamber provided for protecting pump from hydraulic surges, quick acting relief valve to by pass entire quantity without exceeding the set pressure, heavy duty precision in built gear box for long working life with self lubricating arrangement, pumps are supplied with suitable pressure gauge, 1.5 mtr, length long pressure hose with end connections and set of pulleys to make the unit complete except for drive motor. It can be supplied with suction tank, strainer, skid or trolley base with swivelling castor wheels for easy transportation, several models are available from 100 kg/cm² pressure to 1000 kg/cm². Material of construction. Close grain C.I. Body, driving head double gears and connecting rod. M.S.Pinion with Shaft, cylinder, valves and distributor-body. Plunger S.S.410, Gland-Nut brass, sealing by gland packings. Applications: Hydrostatic testing of hoses, valves, Gas-cylinders, tubes, heat exchangers, pressure-vessels and boilers. Tube expanding, tailor made pumps available as per customer’s specifications.


Triplex Plunger Pump
PEC High Pressure Triplex Pumps are of simple design and robust construction meeting the demands of industries. Extracting quality control norms are followed to give long lasting satisfactory service under severe field condition. The crank case is of sturdy design, completely sealed and made out of special cast iron / aluminium. Heavy duty bearings are used providing support to the crank shaft at both ends. Lubrication of power and parts bearings are done by splash lubrication system from reservoir oil in the cranks case. Various materials of construction available for liquid contact parts such as SS-316, Bronze, WCB, S.G. Iron materials can be offered against specific requirements. Gland Packings: PTFE, TIWA or synthetic rubbers. Plungers: available in ceramic coated, nitrided or hard chrome plated against specific requirements. Crank shaft: Heavy duty accurately machined, splash lubricated connecting rods are of high grade materials. Cross Head: Large bearing area full piston type, ensures accurate plunger alignment, minimizing side thrust and wear.
