industries manufactures hand operated toggle presses in three sizes to
meet different shut heights requirements. It has graded cast iron body
and a long ergonomically designed handle for easy manual operation, with
spring return mechanism. Desired load up to 700 KGF can be achieved by
manual sensing and pressing. High production rates up to 20 strokes per
minute can be achieved. The precision ram movement and the adjustment
of shut height by the adjustable slider make it particularly suited for

series Gap Frame Presses ensure high precision operations at reduced operational
costs due to their reliable and trouble free working.
Increased Die Life – Higher rigidity reduces deflection of the frame thereby maintaining alignment of the top and bottom portion of the die set. Aligned dies under load, resulting in less die wear and hence increased die life.
ISGEC makes use of computer-aided design (CAD) using finite element method to accurately study stress concentration and enable maximum rigidity. The frame is fabricated from tested quality steel plates, thermally stress relieved to eliminate residual stresses, thus ensuring fatigue-free long life.
Increased rigidity of the frame is achieved by reinforcing, extra thick and deep gussets to form a double lamination on both sides of the frame plate near the throat. Heavy metal masses concentrated near the throat provide high compressive strength and resistance to deflection.
Accurate Stamped Part – When the slide and bolster surfaces on which the die set is mounted have accurate parallelism and perpendicular movement, the stamped part produced are accurate in shape and size. Geometrical accuracies conforming to international standards DIN 8650 are achieved through long six point square gibing. Wider box type slides, counter balanced with symmetrically placed pneumatic cylinders minimize horizontal deflection for better repeatability. Nonferrous liners on the slide guide ways enable closer jib clearance with effective lubrication so as to maintain dimensional stability and thereby prevision. The ball shaped end of load transmitting screw is lapped with a replaceable nonferrous ball seat in the slide. This enables self-alignment and maintains the perpendicularity of the slide even under eccentric loads. Accurate geometry maintained over long life enable consistent production of accurate stamped parts.
Maximum Uptime – Crankshaft is made of ultrasonically tested forged steel and its shape is designed to eliminate stress concentrations and thereby imparting a long life. Vibration free transmission achieved through dynamic balancing. Quill mounting of flywheel (for presses over 100T capacity) ensures that the weight of the flywheel is not transferred on the drive shaft hence prevent fatigue stresses.
Safety – Pneumatic clutch and brake unit of heavy duty & low inertia ensures quick stoppage of slide. Pneumatic action is controlled by double safety dual solenoid valve. The ISGEC-RHINO range of presses is also available with CE Mark.
Stroke Length Adjustment : Wide range of dies can be adapted by adjusting stroke length. Robust yet simple arrangement is provided to adjust the stroke length so that of dies.
Hydraulic Overload Protection : It protects the press and dies from damage due to overload. Hydraulically operated fast acting mechanism mounted below the adjustment screw senses application of load beyond the capacity on the press & dies.

as well as production shops. All our hydraulic machines have imported
cylinder, rods and seals and test equipment. The hydraulic unit works
on very low pressure and is situated outside the machine body for better
cooling and easy maintenance. It is so designed that any oil leakage from
the hydraulic system is returned to the tank. BMT brand surface grinders
are available in various sizes having working capacity from 225x500,mm
upto 325 x 1000mm. Special machine having wider bed of capacity 400 x
750mm is also available
Spindle is mounted on a rigidly constructed spindle housing runs on a preloaded precision anti friction imported bearings.
