Company headquarters and it’s marketing office is at Mumbai, while the manufacturing facilities are located at Tarapur 100 kms. from Mumbai.
Accurex products are manufactured at the state-of-the-art production facility at Tarapur. The three-storeyed building with built-up area of 7,500 square feet is centrally air-conditioned for controlled manufacturing environment and comfort working. The layout of each department is in such a way; so as to enhance their contribution for creation of superior products.
Dry products are formulated, stored, processed and bottled in the carefully controlled, low-humidity rooms. Liquid compounding takes place in a separate controlled environment utilizing auto-dispensing equipment.
The company has in-house facilities for all processes of manufacturing a finished product. Colour code configuration is used in each component of a product, to assist final product assembly. Trained lab technicians oversee all aspects of production.
Product development is a central and focussed effort at the company. The R&D department at Accurex is manned by key staff with post graduate qualification in the field of science. Uses:

The 6000 MT capacity complex is India’s 2nd largest Potassium chlorate

and safety match industries and has a 40% market share in India.

Oil
Vaigai began its Oils division in 1990 with a solvent extraction plant
to manufacture rice bran oil and de-oiled bran. Today, it is one of the
largest oil extraction complexes in India, with two manufacturing plants
having a capacity of 100000 tons per annum.
Rice Bran Oil - Vaigai seeks to lead the way in the manufacture
of crude rice bran oil for the manufacture edible rice bran oil. Low fat
cooking means healthy cooking with rice bran low fat cooking oil. The
healthy cooking oil with the best balance of High mono fat, able to lower
cholesterol and poly fat, which contains Essential Fatty Acids (EFA) is
Rice Bran low fat cooking oil.
De Oiled Rice Barn - Vaigai’s other product of
the oil division, is widely used in the manufacture of cattle feed, as
fuel for boilers, and used for manufacturing sodium silicate, silica gel,
insulation bricks etc (using fully burnt white ash of husk)
